Technical Resources
System Requirements
Tray Monitor™ is an integrated component of the Room Service module of the Nutrition Service Suite® (NSS) version 7.0.100 and higher. Tray Monitor requires a Web server running Internet Information Service (IIS). The Web server can host both the Tray Monitor application and the Tray Monitor Data Service, which runs as a Mircosoft® Windows® service.

Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) version 5.1 or higher is required along with Microsoft .Net framework version 3.5.

Dual serial/USB touch interface
Native resolution 1280 x 1024 at 60 Hz

Note: This monitor comes with both VGA and DVI connectors.
The DVI option should improve display quality and refresh rate performance, which may be important in a location that requires long cable connections.

Tray Monitor will work with a variety of Web browsers (Internet Explorer®, Mozilla® Firefox®, etc.).
Recommendation: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later or Mozilla Firefox 3 or later
