With Room Service the Sparrow Health System has moved their Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction scores from the 60th percentile up to the 90th percentile in just six months. The wireless Room Service entry process provides Sparrow staff the opportunity to have caring interactions with patients that need assistance ordering.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is the flagship hospital of the Presbyterian Healthcare System. The hospital has been serving greater Dallas since 1966, currently with 866 beds and more than 1,200 physicians on the medical staff. The Food/Nutrition and Conference Services Department typically serves around 5,000 meals each day. Wanting to develop an interface with its internal accounting system, Texas Health Dallas approached CBORD and worked collaboratively to develop an accounts payable Interface that streamlined work process and increased revenue.

Lenox Hill Hospital, in New York, NY, was first established in 1857. Today, it is one of Manhattan’s top acute-care teaching hospitals, boasting just over 650-beds on the Upper East Side. A CBORD client with Nutrition Service Suite since 2004, Lenox Hill Hospital installed its Bedside Menu Entry (BME) system in May 2007 to help implement Sodexo’s Personal Choice Dining meal program.
